Our cancellation parameters for tours, hotel bookings, and premium vehicle rentals are designed to balance operator commitments with travel flexibility.
Cancellation percentages follow the timeline relative to your scheduled travel start date, as outlined below:

Note: Some peak festival blocks, international villas, or luxury resort stays operate under non-refundable policies. These are highlighted in your Proforma Invoice.
Car rental bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled with the following rules:
Flight cancellation and change charges are set directly by the operating carriers. Non-refundable promotional class seats cannot be refunded. For standard fares, carrier deduction fees + a nominal ticketing desk processing fee (₹500 per passenger) will apply to all changes or cancellations.
Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment pathway (bank wire transfer or terminal credit). Because of accounting cycles and hotel clearance terms, refund processing takes between 5 to 7 business days from the formal cancellation date.
