2. Offline Invoices & Bookings
All pricing estimations displayed on our portal (such as starting packages or vehicle rates) are subject to seasonality, real-time availability, and specific travel options. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a structured, offline Proforma Invoice, and you confirm payment block compliance via bank transfer or other authorized channel.
3. Fleet Operation & Chauffeur Rules
When renting our premium chauffeur-driven vehicles (e.g. Toyota Innova Crysta), the client agrees to comply with standard safety guidelines:
- Vehicle capacity guidelines (seats/luggage limits) must not be exceeded.
- Chauffeurs hold authority to deny paths violating local traffic rules or passenger safety laws.
- Tolls, parking, and state permit taxes are billed as actuals or structured flat in pre-agreed invoices.
4. Portal Intellectual Property
The code layout, design structure, logo, illustrations, and curated copy elements are copyrighted under adventuresbeyond.com. You may not copy, repurpose, or frame any page of this site without our written consent.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and all offline bookings issued under Adventures Beyond are governed by and construed in accordance with local national laws. Any legal actions or dispute reconciliations will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in California, United States or regional headquarter locations.
